How much
does it cost?
The pharmacy prices are based on our cash only model. Please call us for a current quote!
The clinic offers several options. We have two membership plans ($65, $100, or $150) per month per adult or you can just pay a fee for service without a membership.
Memberships can be paid month to month or annually. If you pay annually, you get 2 months free, so 14 months for 12 months cost. Another bonus to having a membership (with the Craft or Premium Plan) is that 2 kids are free with each adult membership.
What if I am interested in a Clinic Membership and I have more than 2
kids?
Our Craft Plan and Premium Plan both include 2 children with each adult membership. If you are a member, each additional child is only $10 per month.
Is this insurance coverage?
No. This is not health or pharmacy insurance. Craft is a great option for those without health insurance, those with high deductibles or anyone needing a primary care provider or pharmacy services at affordable prices. Our staff is ready to assist you and answer your questions!
If I go to your clinic, do I have to use your pharmacy?
No. You have the right to choose which pharmacy you want to use. However, having a pharmacy in the same building we are confident that you will enjoy the convenience.
Will the pharmacy bill my insurance and accept my copay?
No. Our pharmacy is not contracted with any insurance company. Our prices are very competitive and we are happy to give you a current quote for any prescription.
Can I bring prescriptions from other providers to be filled at your pharmacy?
Absolutely! We are a full service pharmacy. Keep in mind we don't bill insurance, but our prices may surprise you! Our pharmacy staff is happy to assist you, please call us for a quote.
